OotM Is a creative problem solving competition that teams of students solve a problem and pops their solution in the form of am 8 min play. they have to build the devices props, costumes, write the dialogue. then their is a spontaneous portion, were the team is given a problem and a short time limit and a scored on their team work, creativity and solution.
