I teach piano lessons in students' homes. I have been teaching private piano lessons since 2007 and have been an active member in Raleigh Piano Teachers Association and Music Teachers National Association since 2010.
Music lessons can help in any child's development, as it helps with problem solving skills, boosts self-esteem and increases coordination. It also helps children to concentrate and become well rounded.
I teach lessons to students of all ages, starting at age 4 or 5 up to adult. I offer opportunities for students to perform in recitals, competitions, and community service events (though none are required). I also encourage community in between students with opportunities for piano ensembles, group master classes and casual in-home recitals.
