This fun course for everyone promotes self control rather than aggresiveness. Classes are held every Saturday at the Handley Meadowbrook Community Center, starting at 10am. Class fees are $10 a week with a yearly registration fee, plus a City of Fort Worth Community Center ID is required. The yearly cost of a community center id is $10 for Fort Worth residents and $20 for non residents.
