Tangra Elite Athletics is a training facility which offers Sports Specific Training to athletes from all ages and sports.
For younger kids, our training focuses on the development of the fundamental physical qualities necessary for proper growth and improvement of athletic abilities, such as agility, speed, strength, coordination, and flexibility exercises. For young individuals ages 15 and above, a more advanced training methodology is applied in order to improve the physical qualities in the specific sport and perform at much higher level.
We have helped a total of 63 young athletes from various sports reach their objective of earning a scholarship to play sports at a Division I college,many of them still training at our facility during the summer months.
