We teach adult bread baking classes and also a 6 class series with youth.In the student classes, we bake with red wheat, white wheat, spelt, soft white wheat, Kamut and Spelt, study nutrition with the new Food Pyramid and learn how to read recipes.

Deni Mini Snack Fryer Very nice. As long as you heat it up before use and cook food for the proper time it all turns out good. I have cooked shrimp, fries, and crabcakes. They all turned out great. There was a lot of grease though. I had to use quite a few paper towels to drain it all off.
