Need for consumer math

Finding it hard to find an excellent consumer math curriculum and also find that there is so much focus in the schools and in curriculum with the ''required''. However, real life math knowledge is very much a required skill. Ever check out of grocery store and cashier has no idea and has to use a calculator to take off 10% or something?

When is the best time to put your curriculum on sale for the next year? I have tubs of homeschool curriculum I need to get rid of and I always seem to miss out on the homeschool mom's mad rush. Looking for advice to get rid of it all. Thank you!

Love is Key

Do all things in love. Focus on truly loving your children more than on accomplishing tasks in your homeschool. The tasks will be accomplished if the children feel loved. Praise them for their growth.
