Pre-K through 3rd graders learn the basics of skating, including safety measures, history, blades, difference in disciplines, and receive an Introductory off-ice and on-ice lesson.
Customized learning for 4th graders through High School students include the science of skating - anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, and physics and/or the technology used in skating - including apps and software such as iSkate, Dartfish and Sony's Sound Forge. An Introductory off-ice and on ice skating lesson is included.
