6 PM – 7 PM
Have you ever heard of the Indiana banana? One of our most treasured native fruits, the pawpaw, is still unknown to many. Early fall is the perfect time to try a pawpaw for the first (or second, or third..) time as it hits it ripeness peak. We will talk about some other native edibles, such as persimmon, as well, so come join in on the fun to taste some of our native bounty!
This event is free and for all ages. We will meet at the St. Francis statue next to Allison Mansion on the north end of campus. Parking is available at Allison mansion and in front of Marian Hall. In case of bad weather, we will post a cancellation on our Facebook page as soon as it is decided, and will email all registrants. Please register using this link: https://bit.ly/31qqBdT
